Case Of The Week: 9/9/09
 

 

A hospital progress note...

 

CC: F/U ARF

Patient’s acute kidney injury has resolved. On exam, BP is 128/82, HR 72, RR 25. No peripheral edema. Appears euvolemic. Labs show a creatinine of 0.8. It appears that the patient’s ARF, which was due to contrast nephrotoxicity has resolved. No further treatment is needed. Will sign off.
