Exam: NAD, conversant. BP 118/80, RR 24, HR 98. NECK: No JVD. Lungs CTA. HEART: RRR, no MRGs; no peripheral edema.
Data: BUN 86, creatinine 3.6, K 5.6, HGB 8.7, PLT 168
Impression
Worsening ARF
New moderate hyperkalemia
Worsening anemia
Plan
Transfuse 2 units PRBCs
Increase NS to 150 cc/hr
Low K diet
Repeat CBC and chem 7 in a.m.
