Case Of The Week: 3/10/10
 

 
 

Rate this Exam...

Patient is conversant and in NAD with normal gait and station. He is A & O X 3 with appropriate affect. BP 130/80, HR 66, RR 20. HEENT: Normal conjunctivae and lids, no oral mucosal pallor. Neck exam reveals no JVD or carotid bruits. Heart is RRR with no MRGs and normal PMI. Lungs are clear to auscultation with normal respiratory effort. Abdomen is soft and non-tender, with no HSM and normal aortic and femoral pulsations. Extremities show no peripheral edema or digital cyanosis. Pedal pulses are intact and symmetrical. Inspection of skin shows no xanthomas or venous stasis dermatitis.
